Development and maintenance of FTTx system for mobile operator

For a large cellular operator that provides GSM 900/1800, UMTS (WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+) and 4G services, a project was implemented to automate the management of teams to connect subscribers to fixed Internet services. The implementation of the third-party team management module in the FTTx system based on Atlassian Jira platform was performed. 12

Implementation of CRM system in the bank

For a medium-sized bank, which has been on the market for more than 20 years, a project was realized to implement a Lead Management System based on a modified open source CRM vTiger CRM. A functional system for processing requests for services from individuals and legal entities was implemented.

IT audit of crypto platform

In 2020 we completed the audit of crypto-exchange guided by international practices and standards (ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT). The client obtained the right to carry out activities as a crypto platform operator and ICO activities.

Development of IT policy for the holding company

A project to develop a three-year IT policy concept was implemented for a large manufacturing holding company. As part of the concept implementation, an IT Policy was developed as a foundation for building a modern IT infrastructure that meets business needs. IT/IS process management was improved.
