In implementing projects, ITExperts increasingly used accumulated experience and advanced technologies, products that allowed implementing clients' projects in the required format for their business. Innovation and thorough approach in finding ground-breaking solutions ITExperts was honored with the Micro Focus Innovation Partner Award. During this period, a series of Micro Focus Robotic Process Automation pilot projects were conducted, in terms of generating the bank's financial statements and automating HR processes, which was enthusiastically received by corporate clients. Rapid development and gaining new experience has always been the company's priority, so in light of the prospect of new opportunities, the Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) certification was obtained, which also greatly influenced the expansion of the team in the field of project management and contributed to the additional PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. All this allowed us to always be No1 in modern approaches when implementing projects and improving the quality of services and services in general.

During this period, the pool of services is being actively reformed and new ones are being formed, including services and complex solutions for clients' business. ITExperts has significantly expanded its areas, which contributed, in particular, to the formation of the information security area. ITExpets did not stop there and continued to look for new opportunities for project realization, and soon such an opportunity appeared. A strategic agreement was signed with Micro Focus, on the basis of which Service Manager and monitoring systems were modernized for major customers.

With the growth of development markets, business in general and competencies, ITExperts not only mastered new ways to realize its goals, but also decided to move towards innovative, unique approaches and search for non-standard solutions for its clients. In connection with the perspective vision of the company's development it was decided to attract professionals with practical experience in other areas to the team, which significantly increased the team and the range of services offered. New approaches and solutions offered to clients required additional world practices of their application. For this purpose, the company decided to undergo additional training of the team, which allowed the company to lead in its field. At the same time ITExperts was honored with a new status of partnership with HPE Software, as a “Gold Partner”.

At a time of active structural development and digitalization of business, a team of like-minded people with vast experience in working with businesses and on projects of various profiles and scales had the idea of creating a company that would help businesses get accustomed to the new reality of the digital world, implement their development ideas, optimize outdated processes, ensuring smooth operation and increasing the productivity of companies for their main customers. In order to use the world's advanced technologies and implement them in the developing business, ITExperts made a strategic decision to start negotiations with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE - a major player in the market of software products and IT services for corporate clients) on sales and implementation of software for IT infrastructure and services management, software for automation of IT management processes. As a result of the first steps of the company's development, a promising partnership with HPE has become a prospective partnership to achieve the set high goals and ideas. At the same time, in order to develop the necessary competencies of the nascent team, the company underwent the necessary training, received qualification and “Silver Partner” status
