Business/Process Analyst 01
ITExperts is an international consulting company specializing in providing services in the field of IT management, information security, optimization and automation of business processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We invite a business/process analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for describing business processes, collecting and documenting requirements, planning work, and coordinating participants in ongoing projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting and structuring requirements (including conducting interviews);
- Simulation of current processes (As-Is) and design of target processes (To-Be) in BPMN 2.0;
- Development of optimization and automation proposals;
- Setting tasks for configurators/developers (preparation of technical specifications);
- Self-configuration of processes in Low/No Code systems;
- Testing and quality control of automated solutions implementation;
- Coordination of project participants, control of deadlines and tasks;
- Planning of works and resources, drawing up road maps;
- Preparation of statuses, reports, and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education;
- Work experience of more than 2 years;
- Process modeling skills (experience with BPMN and Bizagi type tools, Draw.io and others.);
- Understanding the principles and tools of process analysis and optimization;
- Experience in conducting small projects (2-3 months, limited number of participants).
Preferably:
- Experience working with Low/No Code platforms (Zoho CRM, Creatio, etc.);
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TOC approaches (certificates will be an advantage);
- The ability to think systematically, structure information and offer practical solutions;
- Attention to detail;
- The skill of conducting interviews with business process participants (active listening skills, the ability to ask questions);
- Responsibility, ability to work with deadlines;
- Decency.
