For one of the largest backbone banks in Uzbekistan with an extensive branch network throughout the country and established partnerships with Uzbek and foreign companies, a project was implemented to develop functional requirements for the implementation of a BPM system. This project became an important part of the bank's digital transformation strategy aimed at optimizing internal processes and improving service quality. The goal was to create an effective business process management system that would allow the bank to improve its operations, increase the speed of decision-making and integrate new technological solutions into existing processes. The implementation of a BPM system opens new horizons for the automation and management of processes at all levels of the bank, providing significant competitive advantages in the digital economy.
