Development of IT policy for the holding company

A project to develop a three-year IT policy concept was implemented for a large production holding, which includes more than 3.5 thousand units of machinery, a technological design and development base and pilot production. The holding includes about 10 road construction companies, 2 industrial and transportation companies, as well as a bridge-building company, each of which has a high degree of independence and is territorially distributed in different regions. The holding structure employs about 10 thousand people.

The project was aimed at creating a foundation for building a modern IT infrastructure that would meet the strategic goals of the business. As part of the project, an IT Policy was developed that covers all key aspects and ensured improved management of IT/IS processes. The implementation of this concept allows the holding company to effectively support operational and strategic needs, improve interaction between departments and increase the level of security and stability of IT operations.

With the implementation of the new IT policy, the holding significantly increased its flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and reliability of IT services at all levels of the company.
