Implementation and finalization of Creatio Service ITSM system


For one of the most dynamically developing system banks in Uzbekistan, a project on implementation and finalization of Creatio Service ITSM-system was successfully implemented. This project was not just the introduction of a new tool, but a strategic step towards the digital transformation of the bank's IT operations. The implementation allowed us to significantly increase the efficiency of internal processes and improve customer experience. Our team carried out a full implementation of the system, taking into account the specifics of the client's business and its requirements for service management. We optimized work processes, set up integration with existing corporate systems and ensured maximum automation of incident and request handling.

The result of the implementation was the reduction of incident and request processing time due to automation and integration with other systems of the bank. Each request is now processed faster, with minimal delays. We also reduced the number of untimely resolved requests, thanks to which the bank began to better fulfill the established SLA and eliminate incidents on time, which increased the confidence of customers. An important result was the introduction of powerful analytics and reporting tools that allow us to build graphical and tabular reports to analyze the efficiency of the IT service. This made it possible not only to optimize processes, but also to promptly respond to customer needs, increasing customer satisfaction.

The system increased the transparency of the IT service's work, making it possible to monitor its efficiency and helping to optimize resource planning in the long term. The bank's IT department became more flexible, proactive and able to quickly adapt to changes in business needs. The implementation of Creatio Service not only improved internal processes, but also provided a new level of interaction with clients, speeding up all stages of service.
