Information security audit of a network of pharmacies

An information security audit project was implemented for a pharmaceutical chain, one of the top 10 private equity chains. As part of the project, our team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current level of protection of the company's information systems, identifying weaknesses and potential risks that could affect data security and operational processes.

In addition, we developed and proposed a number of recommendations to optimize and strengthen information security at all levels - from technical infrastructure to data processing procedures. An important part of the work was the creation of a detailed information security management system (ISMS) implementation plan that complies with international standards such as ISO 27001.

Based on this plan, a work schedule was drawn up covering all stages of implementation and integration of the ISMS into the company's current business processes, which significantly increased the level of protection and minimized the risks of data leaks and attacks on the infrastructure.
