IT audit of crypto platform

In 2020, our team successfully completed a comprehensive audit of a crypto exchange, focusing on the best international security and IT governance standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL and COBIT. This project focused on assessing and improving all key security aspects, including data protection and process security on the platform. We applied international practices to deeply analyze the current state of the IT infrastructure and identify vulnerabilities. All risks were thoroughly analyzed, which allowed us to formulate clear recommendations to address them.

The project also included optimization of IT service management processes based on ITIL and COBIT, which increased operational efficiency and reduced possible risks in the exchange's business processes. We worked out all aspects from the compliance point of view, ensuring compliance with legislation and preparing the client for obtaining the necessary licenses. As a result, our client obtained the right to legally operate as a crypto platform operator and conduct an ICO (Initial Coin Offering).

The implementation of the project not only ensured the maximum degree of security and protection at all levels, but also became an important step for the client's business development, opening up opportunities for legal operations and further expansion in the cryptocurrency market. This audit became an integral part of strategic growth, strengthening the trust of users and investors in the platform and significantly improving its position in the market.
