Elaboration of the IT development concept for the holding company

A project aimed at optimizing and systematizing approaches to building IT infrastructure was successfully implemented for a large holding company with a staff of about 10,000 people. Taking into account the specifics of the business, which is largely independent of IT, the main focus was to increase the transparency, manageability and overall efficiency of IT processes at all levels of the holding.

As part of the project, our team set itself the task of developing a three-year IT development concept that would combine maximum utility with an optimal price/quality ratio. We thoroughly researched the needs of the business and proposed several strategic concepts, each of which provided for the adaptation of the IT infrastructure to the real needs of the holding company, allowing not only to improve current processes, but also to prepare the organization for future challenges in the digital world.

Our experts worked out detailed recommendations for the development of key IT processes, which significantly improved their efficiency and alignment with business objectives. As a result of implementing these concepts, the holding company was able not only to improve the management of IT platforms, but also to prepare for larger-scale transformations in the future, meeting the modern requirements and challenges of the industry.
